About WAMS 2022

The 1st symposium WAMS 2022 will be held at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, during June 5-8, 2022. The symposium will provide an international forum for reporting and sharing recent developments in Wireless, Antenna and Microwave technology and applications.

It is a platform for exchanging technical and scientific achievements, state of-the-art technology, and for establishing and strengthening professional networks.

Wireless, Antenna and Microwave Symposium (WAMS) is planned as a multi-disciplinary symposium to be held annually in an academic institute. It is focused on students, young professionals and faculty providing affordable and yet an attractive forum to interact with world-class experts from India and abroad.

WAMS 2022 will consist of workshops, tutorials, plenary lectures, special and poster sessions, technical sessions, and student paper competition. The conference includes sessions on IEEE Young Professionals, Women in Engineering (WIE) and IEEE Student Activities.

There will be several exhibitors, sponsors showcasing their products with attendees, numerous awards and student travel grants given during the symposium. Prospective authors are invited to submit technical papers reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics below. Detailed guidelines for paper submission shall be provided later in the website.
