About IWE Online Workshop 2022
This IWE Online Workshop 2022 seeks to introduce MA and PhD (Year 1) students to reading Indian Writing in English – its principal genres, contexts & approaches. The workshop will have, first, talks by specialists introducing the genre/contexts and/or special themes and then a workshop component for the participants during which they will produce a cogent, incisive and precise write-up of a specified length. The talks will be open to all.
The resource persons will prescribe reading materials, which will be sent in advance to selected and registered participants. The participants will be expected to incorporate the talks and these materials in their write-up which will be evaluated before certificates of participation are issued.
