About Haryana State Senior Athletics Championships 2023

The 13th Haryana State Senior Athletics Championships is scheduled to be held at Karan Stadium, Karnal on 27-28 May 2023. The Selection of Haryana Senior Athletics Team for participating in 62nd National Inter State Senior Athletics Championships will be held at Bhubaneswar, Odisha from 15-19 June 2023  will be held during the said Championships.

Final Selection of the Athletes will be made by the selection committee on the basis performance of the Athletes for during the said State Championships. The Championships and event shall be organized in accordance with the rules of AFI Competition Manual.

Championships & Eligibility Details

The Haryana State Senior Athletics Championships will be organized in Men & Women section. An Athlete can be entered in Two individual events. No Athlete younger than 16 years on may be entered   The entries should be submitted “ONLINE” on Athletics Haryana Website directly by the individual athlete from 05 May to 23 May 2023.

Entries sent by the mode other than “ONLINE” will not be accepted. In other words, no manual entry will be accepted.

No spectator/coach/family member/accompanying person will be allowed for these championships and athlete will be allowed only 2 hours before the start of their event. Athletes have to vacate the stadium immediately after the completion of their event.

Entry Fee of Rs. 600/- per head per Event will have to be paid online along with entry thru Athletics Haryana website.  The entry fee paid is non-refundable, hence athletes are advised to submit the entries only if they are sure about their participation.

Medals, Certificates

Medal ceremony will be conducted, the medals will be issued during the course of the Competition. Merit and Participation Certificates will be issued only to those athletes who achieve the qualification standards set by AH.

13वीं हरियाणा राज्य सीनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप का आयोजन 27-28 मई 2023 को करनाल के करण स्टेडियम में किया जा रहा है इस चैंपियनशिप के विजेता( क्वालीफाई)  खिलाड़ी 62वीं राष्ट्रीय अंतर राज्य सीनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप जोकि 15 से 19 जून 2023 को भुवनेश्वर में आयोजित होगी में हिस्सा लेंगे खिलाड़ियों के सिलेक्शन का अंतिम निर्णय चयन समिति द्वारा किया जाएगा ।

इस चैंपियनशिप का आयोजन ए.एफ.आई. प्रतियोगिता नियमावली के नियमों के अनुसार किया जाएगा।

चैंपियनशिप और पात्रता विवरण:   चैंपियनशिप पुरुष और महिला वर्ग में आयोजित की जाएगी।   एक एथलीट दो इवेंट में भाग ले सकता है अगर खिलाड़ी को दो इवेंट में भाग लेना है तो उसे पहले एक एंट्री कंप्लीट करनी होगी । उसके बाद दूसरी एंट्री करनी है एक साथ दोनों एंट्रीनहींहो पाएगी। 16 वर्ष से कम उम्र के किसी भी एथलीट को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जा सकता है। इस चैंपियनशिप में हरियाणा से बाहर का खिलाड़ी भाग नहीं ले सकता ।

इस Haryana State Senior Athletics Championships के लिए एंट्री एथलेटिक्स हरियाणा की वेबसाइट ( www.athleticsharyana.com ) के द्वारा 5 मई से 23 मई तक एथलीट को ऑनलाइन जमा करवानी होंगी 23 तारीख के बाद कोई एंट्री नहीं होगी “ऑनलाइन” के अलावा अन्य मोड द्वारा भेजी गई एन्ट्री स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी। दूसरे शब्दों में, कोई मैन्युअल एन्ट्री स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

चैंपियनशिप के लिए एंट्री फीस Rs. 600 प्रति एथलीट प्रति इवेंट है जोकि एथलेटिक्स हरियाणा की वेबसाइट के द्वारा एंट्री करनी है भुगतान किया गया पैसा वापस नहीं होगा किसी भी प्रकार की एथलीट द्वारा की गई गलती का वह स्वयंजिम्मेदार होगा। इसलिए एथलीटों को सलाह दी जाती है कि एन्ट्री तभी जमा करें जब वे अपनी पार्टिसिपेशन के बारे में सुनिश्चित हों।

पदक, प्रमाण पत्र: प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम द्वितीय तथा तृतीय स्थान पर आने वाले एथलीट को पदक से सम्मानित किया जाएगा तथा मेरिट तथा पार्टिसिपेट सर्टिफिकेट एक महीने बाद आपके जिले में जिला प्रधान या सचिव के पास पहुंच जाएंगे वहां से आप उन्हें प्राप्त कर सकते हैं ।

अस्वीकरण: हरियाणा राज्य सीनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप में भाग लेने के संबंध में एथलेटिक्स हरियाणा को किसी भी तरह की जान /क्षति/बीमारी व चोट के लिए प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा ।सभी एथलीट को अपने जोखिम पर भाग लेना होगा इसके लिए एथलेटिक्स हरियाणा जिम्मेवार नहीं होगा।
